A big congratulations goes out to Kamaura Simms for winning the 200 meter dash at the USATF Youth National Championships running an amazing 31.70-she just turned 8. Wow!!! She was also 3rd in the 55 meter dash. Running mechanics combined with multi jumps and some basic movements with a little weight. Train Hard Win Big-We Produce Champions.

Had to post this - these 3 ladies had a hell of a day at the state championships. They went 1,2,3 in the 1600. Anna Bockius was a quadruple winner. Winning the 800,1600,and 3200 and also anchoring the winning 4x4. Great day ladies.

A belated shout out to the Padua Track Team for finishing 2nd behind Winslow NJ at the annual Bishop Laughlin Games. There were 36 teams from 4 different states there. Winslow beat us by 3.5points. We went 1,2,3 in the mile with Anna Bockius running a US #1-4:51.16. We went 1,2,5 in the Shotput with Amirah Laster winning throwing 43’4”-US #7. Mary Drost won the 1000. Way to go ladies.

A late shout out to the Padua Xcountry team for crushing the competition at the Delaware Xcountry State Meet. Padua went 1,2,3,4,6,7,12 with Notre Dame bound Anna Bockius, leading the way running 17:34. Congratulations ladies and coaches.
