LiVE ARM vs. Isolated Testing
The muscles that decelerate a throwing arm don't work in isolation. So why do we keep testing them that way?
@ArmCare said it well on June 28: when the muscles in front of the shoulder overpower the muscles behind it, the shoulder loses balance. Agreed. @Vald Health is chasing the same signal with force plates and ForceFrame — real technology, real adoption across MLB organizations.
