I am thrilled to be leading a Hot Yoga Plus Master Class on June 1, 2023.
Hot Yoga PLUS consists of Original Hot Yoga’s therapeutic 26 postures for each first set of the sequence, PLUS an alternative posture for each second set. The 2nd set will allow you to develop your practice by reinforcing or expanding on the principles of the original poses. Alternative postures are taught step by step so that they are welcoming to all levels. This master class setting will allow for the time and opportunity to break down postures, better understand technique and immediately embody what you learn.
