CONGRATULATIONS TO YOUR PERFECT GAME SOFTBALL POOL B CHAMPIONS!!

This weekend wasn’t just about winning games. It was about learning how to respond when things got tough. Staying locked in when the pressure was on. Trusting each other, competing for each other, and finding a way to win when it mattered most.

This weekend, these girls learned that winning isn’t always pretty. Sometimes you have to fight for it. Sometimes you have to overcome mistakes, setbacks, and moments when everything seems to be stacking against you.

Proud of these girls, proud of their fight, and even more proud of the teammates they’re becoming.

Every girl jumps. Every girl celebrates. Every girl is genuinely excited for her teammate.

That’s team culture.

It’s understanding that one mistake doesn’t have to become two. It’s trusting the girl behind you to pick you up. It’s doing your job because the next play still matters. It’s celebrating somebody else’s moment like it belongs to all of you.

This weekend didn’t go the way we wanted. We finished 1-3 against a challenging field that included both teams that reached the championship game, and our streak of finishing among the last four ended.

This was also one of our pitchers', Mak's, last tournament with us. She leaves with our team’s highest batting average at .529, along with 19 strikeouts and a 70.41% strike percentage.

Mak, thank you for everything you contributed to this team. You’ll always be part of our Impact family, and we’ll be cheering you on in your next chapter. ❤️ 🖤

Tournament weekend is here!

We are back on the dirt this weekend in Lakeland, ready for another opportunity to compete, grow, and keep building.

This weekend is a little different for us, though. It’s one of our pitchers' final tournament with our team before her family’s upcoming move. We’re going to miss having her in this dugout and on the field.

One more weekend with #28. One more chance to compete together. ❤️ 🖤

We’re continuing to build, grow, and embrace every challenge this game puts in front of us.

There have been moments to celebrate, moments that have humbled us, and moments that have shown us exactly where we need to get better. Through it all, these girls keep showing up, competing, encouraging each other, and learning together.

Today also gave us another reason to celebrate: Gemma’s birthday! 🎂🥳
