It's subtle, but what if you could begin the PROCESS of teaching ALL 6 year olds how to change direction with and without la pelota.

Watch Lionel, he uses his eyes, controls the ball, uses his eyes again to locate the defender, then he changes his body position and attempts to change direction.

Now, what if we had a whole generation of Lionel Joaquins that we had DEVELOPED...

My son is 6 years old.

In 4 WC's he'll be 22 years old.

What IF, we took the next 15-16 years and DEVELOPED every chicito to the fullest who has a love for America's game...

We could establish a true culture of DEVELOPMENT for world class players.

We could build a "factory" of COMPLETE PLAYERS!!!

CULTURE is key, it builds a LOVE for the game.
Once a LOVE is formed. ACCESS is essential, if ALL kids who LOVE the game have ACCESS then CREATION sparks DEVELOPMENT begins! Once DEVLOPMENT is the focus and mission, We must then NURTURE the player, as each player has a unique background, has a different experience level and personality.

PROGRESSION is next, now the DEVELOPMENT that has been implemented, the rewards of the game will be achieved. Now, SUCCESS has been achieved, now WE MODEL the behavior across the country! Once WE MODEL these behaviors, WE have finally DEVELOPED WORLD CLASS PLAYERS!!
