Extremely grateful to my close friend & neighbor, Michelle, for her help sewing up the top seam of our volleyball net! Net all fixed & will be put back up once we are 100% certain that this predicted Cat 4 Hurricane is not hitting Florida!

And it was another fantastic but short week of growing the game with the newest generation of volleyball players. From beginners to intermediate players, each one took their game to the next level. As they practiced their hop step footwork in warm-ups, I could see how far they have come in such a short time. We even have a few spiking or attacking the ball. So excited to see where these kids take their game next. Also huge thanks to my tribe who provided older sisters to entertain & take care of Daniel during camp! And another shout out to Aiden (not pictured) who made this camp run so well with her instruction & coaching!

Coach Bonnie’s Performance Volleyball Camp was officially launched this week at McDonough Beach. 10 girls about to enter 5th grade trained very hard for 3 hours in 90 degree temperatures every morning to take their game to the next level. The improvements that these ladies made were phenomenal. Aiden Nicholson was a phenomenal assistant coach! She taught the girls so many great things!

The staff at McDonough beach is working hard this morning to lay sod around the berm we built on one side of the court & in the bobcat tracks that were left after construction.
