Last January I took my first photo with a newborn in my arms. 
One year later: I have a toddler in my arms, fuller days, a fuller heart, and one very different body.


From pregnancy ➡️ postpartum ➡️ chasing my little guy around, this body has done more than I ever imagined it could.

Stronger. Softer. Busier. Tireder. Still Healing.

And so incredibly grateful for everything it’s carried me through.

It doesn’t look or feel the same as it did before.
It’s not “perfect.”
But it’s mine, and it shows up for me every single day. 💚

One year postpartum.
One year of motherhood.
One year with my little sidekick.
One year of finding strength in new ways.
One year of learning to appreciate a body that grew a human… and still keeps going, even imperfectly ✨
