5 Ways Successful Athletes Evaluate Their Mental Game
Examine Their Focus During Competition – Successful athletes objectively assess how well they stayed focused throughout practices and games. They ask themselves whether they focused on the present moment or were distracted by mistakes, pressure, opponents, or possible outcomes.
