Hey guys hope you’re doing well life is a journey to enjoy sure we get our asses kicked once in a while but through that butt Kicking we come out on the other side better. My father would always say head up chin up and keep the faith so keep the faith !!

Hey love you guys! Life is as beautiful as we make it. I wake up some days I look at the mirror and say I wanna punch myself in the face but I need to correct myself. Some of the most difficult things in my life have made me much better if I allowed it.
We have raised over $200,000 for su***de prevention. I became part of the su***de club.
It is not something you volunteer for just wind up being there. Through this trauma in this post I’ve had the opportunity to speak many people off the ledge you know what I mean. So thank you thank all of you for being part of my life and being part of the good things that we have to share!

Hey guys just checking in I want to say thank you and I love you all for your responses. These crazy times are really put a lot of stress and anxiety on so many. My nephew decided that it was time to go and it was on Thanksgiving it was the day that my daughter was born.
They crushed us all it brought the family closer and certainly there are days when I know it could’ve been avoided. Patti reached out how do you said he needed help Mena proud you can’t see it then don’t speak up a lot of men I’ve no idea how to say hey I need help. Women too women of the caretakers!! I pray you all have a wonderful Thanksgiving and look forward to the new year and bright futures love you guys!
