IF YOU CAN MOVE THEN YOU CAN DO THIS! NEED A CHAIR WE GOT YOU!

This complementary class is for Winston-Salem and surrounding areas and anybody who wants to attend to just come out and have a good time and workout! Grab a friend grab a neighbor grab somebody who needs some positive energy and let's do this!
