MEET THE TEAM – Day 3 🔧🏁

Russ & Scott: The Dynamic Duo

Their racing stories both started back in the 1980s, and between them, they’ve spent years turning wrenches, driving haulers, and even racing themselves!

Russ worked his way from crew member to crew chief, spending time with Johnny Johnson, James Call, Eric Renigar, Ronnie Clifton, Marty Edwards and now Factory 39.

Scott began in 1987 working on 4-cylinders and Street Stocks before moving into Modified racing in 1988. After years with Marty Edwards, Eric Renigar, and Ronnie Clifton, and even a stint behind the wheel himself, he’s now part of the Factory 39 family.

Together, they bring decades of experience, knowledge, and dedication to the No. 39, and we’re proud to call them family! 🏁☝🏼

Officially one month until we’re back on track with the SMART Tour at Caraway Speedway for the July 4th weekend ‼️🇺🇸

All of us at Factory 39 are devastated to hear the news of Kyle Busch’s passing. No matter what, everyone deep down was a Rowdy fan!

Our prayers go out to Samantha, Brexton, Lennix and the rest of the Busch family.

We are saddened and heartbroken to share the news of the passing of Kyle Busch, a two-time Cup champion and one of our sport's greatest and fiercest drivers. He was 41 years old.

We extend our deepest condolences to the Busch family, Richard Childress Racing and the entire motorsports community.
