Maintain control at maximum speed. ⚡️⚽️

How fast can you run with the ball without losing control or forcing your body to slow down?

How quickly can you turn, change direction, and explode into the next movement while keeping the ball under control?

This drill trains and tests exactly that: dribbling at speed, sharp changes of direction, and staying in control through every movement.

Speed is dangerous.
Speed with control is a weapon. 🔴⚫️

⚽️ Dribbling + Scanning

Our Legionnaire players are learning to apply their Tiro Rank fundamentals in more game-realistic situations.

While dribbling through the grid, players check both shoulders, scan for raised colored cones, and process information without losing control of the ball.
