Forgot to post this yesterday, so I'm gonna call this to when I trained at gym in Chicago before the TBAs. Awesome gym with great instructors and a huge amount of talented fighters!

Throwback to "training" with the mad lad Craig Dickson during his seminar back in March.
Craig will be coming back to Florida in the next few months to teach some more seminars and show us how to become a 2x MX champion (as well as knock a Chris Shaw type out with a tasty elbow)
