Injury Prevention/Return to Sport Programs: Designed for athletes and active individuals looking to reduce the likelihood of injury and improve performance. Each athlete will receive an individual assessment with a physical therapist and individualized exercise program. Each athlete will be set up on the appropriate training program.

• Small Group Training- 6 weeks, 1 hour sessions with 4-6 athletes grouped for age and sport. Training will be individualized based on each athlete’s initial assessment. Sessions will take place at Excel Orthopedics on Saturdays. Cost- $149.

• ACL Return to Sport Program- This program is designed for athletes returning from ACL reconstruction or knee injury. The program will be 2 X per week for 6 weeks. One session per week will be held at Excel (Saturdays) and one at The Cage, 10 Micro Dr, Woburn (mid week early evening hours). Sessions will be 60 minutes long, small group format (4-6 per group) and run by therapists. Cost- $299.

• Personal Training Packages- Primarily designed for those found to be at substantial risk for injury, we will offer one on one sessions with a therapist to address deficits found and help safely return to sport or group training. Training will primarily be held Saturdays at Excel. Sessions last approximately 45-60 minutes. Single session- $80
