Female referees—are you ready to take the next step?
The WAGS Referee Mentor Program brings together exceptional women in officiating to mentor and develop the next generation of female referees.

Join us October 10, 12, 13 at the 2026 WAGS Rael Vodicka Memorial Tournament and learn from accomplished referee leaders including Keri Seitz and Kathryn Nesbitt, with Tori Penso invited to return following her mentorship at previous WAGS tournaments.

Mentors will provide feedback during and after matches, helping referees grow, gain confidence, and prepare for opportunities at the college level and beyond.
