Supports running events for all ages, development of pedestrian trails through the City and Woodbury's proud tradition of Road Running and Track & Field history. RRCA is the Nation's largest running group with more than 200,000 members. Woodbury's own two-time Olympian Browning Ross was dubbed "the Father of road racing in America" for his role in inspiring the formation of RRCA. The Club hosts weekly 5K Fun Runs each Thursday at 6:30 pm. Runs depart from the Benjamin and Ross Memorials on Wood Street. RRCW sponsors the Benjamin-Ross Memorial 5K Run/Walk on the first Sunday in June each year; co-sponsors the UMH Race Down Braod Street 5K and 1 Mile Health Walk, which precedes Woodbury's Fall Festival Parade each October; sponsors the RRCW Youth Track & Field Series for elementary age children each June; and supports the Woodbury Relays the third Saturday of April each year. RRCW advocates for development of Woodbury as a runner-friendly City, including creation of pedestrian trails throughout town, use of running-related events to draw visitors and residents to Woodbury and for preservation and celebration of Woodbury's proud running history. Notable Woodbury runners include:

- Browning Ross, Olympian, Villanova All-American, AAU Champion, coach, mentor and race-organizer.
- George Benjamin, Medal of Honor Winner, WHS and Temple University javalin-thrower.
- Jack Pierce, Olympic 100m High-Hurdle Bronze Medalist.
- Roscoe Lee Brown, actor and WHS all-star track & field athlete.
- Dick Caton, Jr., member of Georgetown University American Record-setting 4x800m team.
- Legendary coaches Cap Paine and Howard Staeger. Woodbury High School hosts the Annual Woodbury Relays Carnival, South Jersey's largest track & field meet. Founded in 1973, the Woodbury Relays award gold watches to winning relay teams in boys and girls events in Groups I-IV.

On this Patriot Day, members of the RRCW and friends gathered for a run across the Ben Franklin Bridge to honor and remember the victims and heroes of September 11, 2001. With the flag flying above us and the Philadelphia skyline behind us, we ran together in remembrance of those we lost and in gratitude for those who answered the call. Thanks to Denise Randon who organized this event. Never forget. 🇺🇸
