When you’re teaching fi****ms instructors, the basics are just the starting point.

This isn’t about simply shooting better. It’s about refining the details, eliminating bad habits, dialing in performance, challenging assumptions, and understanding the “why” behind what we teach.

Most importantly, it’s learning how to take that knowledge and deliver it effectively to the next instructor, the next officer, and ultimately the next student.

Train. Refine. Teach. Repeat.

Because an instructor’s responsibility doesn’t end when the training session does, it continues with every student they teach.
