We are so excited to announce that ๐๐ฒ๐น๐ถ๐ฎ ๐๐ผ๐ต๐ป๐๐๐ผ๐ป ๐๐น๐๐ฒ will be one of our keynote speakers for the 2026 iGrow Leadership Conference!
Celia Johnston Blue is a seasoned executive leader with more than 30 years of experience across the private, public, and nonprofit sectors. She currently serves as President and CEO of the Massachusetts Women of Color Coalition (MAWOCC), an organization she helped launch in 2015 alongside 12 women of color from across Massachusetts. In this role, she leads efforts to amplify the voices and leadership of women of color statewide.
Prior to MAWOCC, Celia served as Interim Director of the Rhode Island Department of Human Services, overseeing an agency of approximately 1,000 employees and a $900M budget serving nearly one-third of Rhode Islandโs population. She also held several leadership roles within the Massachusetts Department of Transportation and made history as the first African American Registrar/CEO of the Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles.
Celiaโs commitment to leadership, equity, and community impact aligns powerfully with this yearโs theme: โ๐๐ฉ๐ฆ ๐๐ฐ๐ธ๐ฆ๐ณ ๐ฐ๐ง ๐๐ด: ๐๐ฐ๐ฎ๐ฎ๐ถ๐ฏ๐ช๐ต๐บ.
