These two! 🙌 I ran across a picture from last April and my jaw dropped! I had to get a current picture to compare. They’ve been so consistent, having fun and never missing their workouts, that we just hadn’t noticed how much progress they have made. Well done, ladies!

Earlier this month, we wrapped up our last body composition challenge for the year. Big congrats to Kim, who completed the 10 weeks, had the most body composition improvement - oh and had a knee replacement right in the middle of it! Kim has made significant changes dropping her body fat percentage by 10% (a net 51.7 lb weight loss) over the last year. Also, a shout out to Amber, who maintained her lean body composition and scored the most points logging daily challenges throughout! 🎉

January challenges are wrapping up and Spring challenges starting! Shout out to Beth for winning the Baseline Fitness challenge by racking up the most points from daily goals, gaining 5lbs of lean mass 💪 and losing the most in body fat %. She scored $150 and a new Metro Fitness hoodie! 🙌

Just, WOW! recently wrapped up their annual nutrition challenge and the participants knocked it out of the park! Seriously, 157 lbs of fat dropped among the top 13 participants alone! Wow! In under 6 months, our friend KC dropped 27.6 lbs of fat and gained 15.5 lbs of lean💪🏻! He’s down from 21.6% to 9.8% body fat today! KC says eating right and “actually breaking a sweat” consistently are the keys! We agree! Great work, KC! KC Warden CrossFit Polaris
