Our team has been established for nearly 3 years, under the management of Coach Taylor who is now the Head Coach going forward. Our coaching staff has an immense wealth of knowledge and experience with previous collegiate softball, baseball, and soccer players, current adult league players, and more than 40 years coaching experience combined. We are a solid B-level team with the hopes of playing at the highest level through the team's career, with the player's development, happiness, and growth at the forefront of our priorities. Coach Taylor's full time position is with her facility, Taylor's Pitching Academy, so she brings indoor access, equipment, and training options in addition to the plethora of training benefits that Team Steel provides from an organization standpoint. She has also coached for several years from 12u-18u locally and has aided in several players continuing their softball careers into college.
