Congrats to our U12 Boys White for their runners up finish today in the Candy Cup.

They fought back from being 1 down to force a PK shootout where we came up a little short.

Well done boys.

Congrats to our U12 Girls White for bringing home the Championship today at the Candy Cup.

The girls went undefeated for the day, and never conceded a goal.

Great job ladies!

Congrats to our U12 Boys Black team on finishing as runners-up at last weekend's Cauldron Cup. The boys bounced back after losing their first game and made a run to the finals, where they lost on PKs.

This group has made incredible strides recently; very proud of your continued progress.

3 of our 4 teams made it to the finals, and our U10 boys lost 2-1 in the semis on an own goal. Overall, it was a great weekend with some great results.

Congrats to our U12 Black Girls who finished runners up at last weekend Cauldron Cup.

The girls went undefeated heading into the finals with a +9 goal differential. We narrowly lost 3-2 after giving up a penalty, and a hand ball at the top of the box that led to the other teams winning goal.

Sometimes the better team doesn't win, it's part of the game and how we learn.

We'll get the next one!

233 players.

For a club entering only its third year, that number is remarkable.

But the number itself is not what excites us most.

What excites us is what it represents.

It represents families looking for something different.

Players looking to be challenged.

Young athletes looking for an environment where development, accountability, confidence, and culture matter.

Over the course of our trials, we saw returning players raise their level, new players step into the environment with courage, and families from across the Capital Region come out to experience what Capital City FC is building.

To every player who attended, thank you.

To every parent who made the time, drove to the field, supported from the sideline, and trusted us with the opportunity to evaluate your child, thank you.

To every coach and volunteer who helped make the experience possible, thank you.

Capital City FC is one of the fastest-growing clubs in the Capital Region.

But we are not trying to be the biggest.

We are trying to be the best version of ourselves.

We are building a club that develops players the right way.

A club that raises expectations.

A club that values grit, intelligence, confidence, character, and team-first soccer.

A club that players and families are proud to call home.

233 players walked onto the field.

Now the next chapter begins.

The teams are taking shape.

The standard is rising.

And the future of Capital City FC is incredibly bright.

Thank you, Capital Region.

We are just getting started.

Capital City FC

Raising the Level. Raising the Standard.

A little late on this one.

Congrats to our U11/U12 girls who won their bracket of the Niskayuna Soccer Club Soccer Classic at the beginning of June.

These young ladies have worked hard all year to improve and to come out and win their last tournament of the year was super fun.

At Capital City FC we focus on development.

We dont play to win, we win because we focus on the process.

Tonight is our final trial, rain and all.

There is still time to register to come see what Capital City FC is all about.

Congrats to our U16 Girls for their big win at the Hershey Summer Classic this weekend.

Great end to an awesome season for these young ladies.

Last year at this same tournament we went 0-3 and scored only 1 goal. This year we went 3-1 and scored 11 goals on our way to becoming champions.

When we say we develop players we mean it.

Tonight is our final trial date for our girls program. There is still time to register and to come see what Cap City is all about.
