Ljutic company for sale. From Trapshooters.com:

“I don’t think this has been posted/discussed on here so if it has, please ignore. My September/October issue of Trapshooting USA came in today’s mail. I was flipping through and noticed this full-page ad. I know there are a lot of Ljutic die-hards on here so I figured I’d share. For reference, it reads:

Irwin Research and Development has advanced the renowned Ljutic name and legacy with patented new technology.

Unfortunately, regulations in the state of Washington have made it nearly impossible to manufacture fi****ms there. As a result, we believe it would be best for another company to carry on the famous Ljutic brand. Therefore, we have decided to sell the company, including the designs, patents, potential sales opportunities, and all manufacturing equipment, for a total of $1,105,000.” ~ Michigan_berry
