Yazoo Rippers played in their very last tournament of the season tonight. (Last weekends state tournament was rained out).

It’s bittersweet ending it with 1st place, considering the season we’ve had . Every practice, every game, every win, and every loss has helped shape these girls into something stronger.

10U- Rippers Girls -We have loved watching you grow not only as softball players, but as teammates, competitors, and young ladies.

This season definitely hasn’t gone the way we would have liked for it too. Several rain outs. Several tournaments of playing 7-8 games back to back with no break. We’ve experienced a lot of tough losses that’s for sure.
This past Saturday we saw a team that we haven’t seen in a while. They showed up with fight and grit and that helped carry them all the way to the championship. Although they came up a few runs short, we are extremely proud of them for battling to the end. ❤️🩵

We will play in our last Spring tournament this weekend in Laurel at the Grandslam State Tournament! Good luck girls!
