🚨 SCAM ALERT — PLEASE SHARE IMMEDIATELY 🚨

We want to make everyone aware of a scam currently circulating by email using the name of St. Barnabas Parish and Fr. Brendan Fitzgerald to solicit money.

These emails are fraudulent.

They have no connection whatsoever to St. Barnabas Parish or Fr. Brendan Fitzgerald, and neither the parish nor Fr. Brendan is requesting money through these messages.

Please do not send money, purchase gift cards, click suspicious links, or provide any personal or financial information in response to these emails.

We ask everyone to please share this warning immediately with family, friends, parishioners, and members of our community so we can help prevent anyone from becoming a victim.

Please be vigilant and help spread the word

Her daughter Una formerly played with our club and Mary was a proud supporter. Her month’s mind will be held tonight August 19th at 7pm at St. Barnabas. May Mary Rest in Peace 💙🙏🏻

After four incredible years, it’s time to say “see you later” to the Mythen family. 💚

Fergal, Ciara, Bláthnaid, Róisín and Aoife have been such a huge part of our club both on and off the field. From training and games to events and trips to Ireland, they were always there, giving their time, support and friendship.

A special thank you to Fergal for the countless hours he has given to coaching football and Camogie over the years. Fergal also served on the New York Camogie Board during his time here, giving his time and commitment to helping grow and develop camogie in New York. His contribution both to our club and to New York Camogie as a whole has been greatly appreciated and will certainly be missed.

A huge thank you to Susan and everyone at Rockland GAA for a great game yesterday and for helping make the Mythen family’s final day on New York soil such a special one. Giving the girls one last chance to take the field together, surrounded by friends and family, was the perfect way to mark the end of a very special chapter. 💚

Wishing Fergal, Ciara, Bláthnaid, Róisín and Aoife the very best of luck on their next adventure. You will all be sorely missed around the club.
