A foggy morning dive at Ship's Cove on Cape Elizabeth!!

Water temp was 58°F and we were treated to tons of fun critters!! Lots of crabs, lobsters, sea stars a couple of flounders, some huge sea lemon nudis laying eggs, and bryozoans making some really cool shapes on the kelp!!

Lana even found an old bullet casing which made for a fun dive souvenir!!

Another day, another few great dips on the poling shipwreck with Yankee Pearl👏

A few mid week dips on the Chester poling!! We lucked out with 35-40ft viz on the first dive.

The deck is more concave every time we visit. Surely we’ll not have long before more large parts collapse.

We saw a good amount of northern red anemone, a few lobster, a sea raven, a few giant lion’s mane, several smaller flounder, cunner, Finger sponge.

Water was 49°F at 98ft.

You drop down on the Patriot shipwreck in Stellwagen Bank National Marine Sanctuary. There has been unseasonably great visibility this year so you’re greeted with stunning views of the wreck. The last time you were here you saw a massive torpedo ray. Super cool. It can’t possibly get better, right????

And then you look up and a freaking humpback whale cruises by and circles the wreck!!!

Luis had great seal dives with Captain Rob’s charters.

The first dive was the cribs on Appledore Island, Old pier. The second dive was at Duck island.

After their dives, they tied up to one of the Star Island moorings and had the boat tender, take them in. Luis gave a tour of the marine lab. They grabbed a bite to ear at the Gosport Grill before heading back in. It was a nice little side excursion to a good day of seal diving!

Over 100 years after her sinking in 1924, the Herbert sits in 100 fsw not too far off Nahant with plenty to see. Two large boilers sit upright, a clam shell excavator is close by in the sand and there is a bunch of life growing throughout the debris. There were plenty of sculpin, anemone, shanny, sea star, cunner, lobster, spider crab, Jonah crab, scallop, mussel and more.
We lucked out with 20-25ft of visibility.

Around the Island at Nubble Light by Luis captures the experience of diving around one of the most famous lighthouses. Most people venture to this lighthouse to take photos and grab a lobster roll, but few make the venture underwater around the entire island.
