Congratulations to our very own Jason Blackmon on his commitment and signing to Davis & Elkins today to continue his academic and wrestling career! We are super proud of Jason and everything he has accomplished and will continue to do in the future! Represent us with pride and know that York is always home! We love you buddy!

Cougars come away from the State Tournament with a team finish of 4th place, a State Champion, and 4 All-State Wrestlers!

Cameron Adkins is your 138lbs 4A-State Champion!

Jason Blackmon finished 2nd at 150lbs

Hayden Adkins finished 2nd at 157lbs

Weston Hershey finished 4th at 175lbs

We are Florence bound, ready to bring home some hardware! A program record 9 Cougars will be competing to become State Champions! We are so proud of all these guys and excited for the next two days ahead! Wish these athletes luck and come support us this weekend!

We are about to start Semifinals here at Upper State, we still have 9 Cougars alive who all have qualified for the state championship tournament and will be battling for a top 4 seed today!

Cougars fall short to #2 Travelers Rest 53-26. That will wrap up our team dual season! Cougars went 14-3, 5-1 in region.

A huge thank you to our seniors and guys who have fought hard to get our program on the right track.

We will be back in action next weekend at the individual Upper State Championship tournament!

MATCH DAY!

Our York Cougars are traveling today to Travelers Rest High School to take on Travelers Rest in the Quaterfinals of the SCHSL playoffs! Wrestling starts at 1pm!

Please if you can come and support our boys! Winner moves on to the Upper State Championship immediately after!

Cougars defend their home turf and win Round 1 against Pickens 66-6, then Winning Round 2 against Westside in a thrilling match 42-30!

We will be back in action in the quarter finals at Travelers Rest Saturday at 1pm!

After a long week off, we are back tonight Feb 5th, hosting the first two rounds of the SCHSL playoffs! First whistle is at 6pm for our first round match up against Pickens!
