This week, let’s lead with sportsmanship, unity, and community. Support our hosts by visiting their concessions, respect every athlete and official, and remember:

There is still plenty of football to play and plenty of room to grow. Let’s stay focused on the goal, developing our athletes, strengthening our teams, and getting better every week.

Community is at the heart of everything we do.

Our cheerleaders have been invited to cheer alongside the York High School Falcons at their September 18 game! To help them prepare, members of the York High cheer team joined us at practice to teach the girls some of their cheers and stayed to watch our squads perform their halftime routines.

A few of the high school cheerleaders began their own cheer journeys in our league, making it especially meaningful to welcome them back as role models for the next generation of Falcons.

From our youngest cheerleaders to our high school athletes, we are proud to see Falcon spirit come full circle. Once a Falcon, always a Falcon! 💙🤍

🏈 WEEK 2 IS IN THE BOOKS

The Falcons lined up against a strong Virginia Eagles organization and played some good football. We didn’t come out on top in most of our matchups and sometimes football has a way of humbling you real quick.

But it’s only Week 2. We’ll watch the film, own our mistakes, get back in the lab, and go to work. No excuses, just coaching, development, and improvement. We may take some losses along the way, but we’ll never lose sight of the mission.

Thank you to all the parents, families, and supporters who showed up for our athletes. The Falcon family was definitely in the building! A special shoutout to our cheerleaders, who did an amazing job supporting our teams and bringing the energy all day! 📣💙

Thank you to the Virginia Eagles for hosting us, providing a great football atmosphere, and giving us some strong competition. We wish you all the best throughout the season.

Our Falcons cheerleaders have been putting in the work - learning new cheers, sharpening their moves, building confidence, and bringing all the Falcon spirit! Just as importantly, they’re creating friendships across age groups and developing bonds that go far beyond the sidelines.

We have some BIG plans for this fall. We can’t share all the details yet, but you’re going to want to stay tuned.
