Tomorrow, October 25th, is a scheduled day off! The next training session is Thursday, October 29th.

PREP COURSE REMINDER
FRIDAY- 10/23
6:00-8:00 p.m.

Tonight is the last session of the Bay Hoops 8-Week School Season Prep Course! Come hydrated and ready to work! Wear your running shoes and plan on starting the workout with conditioning. Bring your basketball shoes, a water bottle, a change of clothes and a can-do attitude. See you on the court!

Thursday, 10/ 22

Middle/high: 5:45-6:45
Elementary: 7:00-8:00

For training this evening, the elementary group will practice their dribbling and scoring skills, tying the two skills into one game-speed application. The middle/high group will work on attacking defenders in the lane and scoring on both sides of the basket.

6-9 yo: 12:45-1:45
10-12 yo: 2:00-3:00
13 & up: 3:15-4:15

For training tomorrow, we will wrap up our focus on passing fundamentals.
The younger groups will apply their skills and use effective passing to move the ball down the court and score. We will introduce some concepts of transition basketball.
The older group will focus on correct spacing, off-ball movement, and making the right passing decisions to create scoring opportunities.
