Today my girls lost 6-5 in extra innings, But they were in NO WAY losers today.
As time ran out they were down 4-1 they battled back and tied it up, the Ohio Reapers then came back and scored 2. My girls responded right out of the gate scoring 1 then worked the winning run into scoring position, with 2 outs and 2 strikes a solid hit deep to left field almost made it over the defense, unfortunately the left fielder made a snow cone catch to end the game.
On Father’s Day I had the honor and privilege of coaching a group of young girls that I could not be more proud of.

My squad played terrific on Saturday after a 5 hour delay, going 3-0 to become the #1 seed. Our Sunday didn’t end up like we wanted it to, but I have to say each week this bunch gets stronger and more confident, and I can say I am very proud of these ladies. Keep Sluggin’🥎
