🏆 Sutter Buttes Swimming Takes 3rd Place at the NVAL Championships! 🏆

What an incredible weekend for our team! We are so proud of every swimmer who gave it their all in the pool. Their hard work, determination, and sportsmanship paid off with an amazing 3rd place team finish!

What makes this accomplishment even more special is that Sutter Buttes Swimming is a non-profit, volunteer-run swim team. Every practice, fundraiser, meet, and success is made possible by dedicated coaches, volunteers, families, and supporters who believe in providing opportunities for local youth.

Thank you to our swimmers for your commitment, our coaches for your leadership, and our parents and volunteers for the countless hours you invest behind the scenes. This achievement belongs to all of you!

The Durham Invitational proved to be a landmark weekend for Sutter Buttes Swimming as our little team earned its first-ever team high point award, finishing third overall in cumulative team points.

Every swimmer contributed to the team’s success in some way. The team trophy and individual awards were the result of many great swims.

Team high point awards are typically won by powerhouse programs with 50 or 60 swimmers. This weekend, 18 SBS swimmers earned one together. Every swimmer contributed. Every point mattered.

For a small team from a small community, that feels pretty special.
