My goal for lessons isn’t that you stand up right away. While I do give pop-up instruction (and if you do stand I’ll be stoked), it’s not my first priority⬇️

My goal is for you to feel more seen, heard, safe & empowered than when you started. To comfort you in uneasy moments, remind of your growth & help you learn about the waves🌊

Why? These build a foundation that will make you never want to stop surfing!🤍

I hear stories (from girls especially) of instructors putting too much pressure on them. Taking them out in rough conditions, disempowering them, etc… Sound fun? Didn’t think so.

I want your surfing experiences to be memorable in a positive way! I’m here to celebrate every part of your journey with compassion🤙🏽
