Read All About It!
We'll be hosting our first Acro Jam in a while, and our first Holiday Acro Jam since the Covid-Grinch came to town. You don't wanna miss this... you never know if it'll be another three years before the next opportunity comes along. Also, last time there were cookies.
What: Holiday AcroYoga Jam
When: Sunday, December 18, 2022, 1:00pm
Where: Yacht Haven Grande on the lawn near Box Bar
Who: A) You, the person reading this, regardless of your acroyoga experience level. B) Any friends or foes who are also interested (tis the season for acro-ing with your foes 🤷). C) Your favorite cookies for acro energy, should you be feeling extra festive. B and C optional.
We will have mats and blankets but feel free to bring a yoga mat if you have one. See you Sunday St. Thomas!

We’ve missed you St. Thomas! We will be hosting an all-levels AcroYoga intro class this Saturday 10/31 from 11:00am-12:00pm at the RCFSTT gym below Antilles.
All levels welcome.
No need to bring a partner.
Feel free to bring your own mat if you’d like but there will be extras.
Hand sanitizer will be provided.
