Welcome to ~ FLATT RANCH BOARDING FACILITY ~ Where we are offering Self Care Board for $350/month.

(We are Barn #3 last barn closest to the track)

Our family friendly facility is located in Smithville Ont.

Includes….
* 12 x 10 Stalls.
* Use of paddocks for turn out.

*We also have A big broodmare stall for additional cost.*

You must provide your own shavings & grain.
You must muck your stall daily & do your own feedings.
You do your own turn in & turn outs.
You blanket your horse(s)when needed.
Your horses care is your own responsibility!

If there is a situation where you cannot make it out, we can arrange for care at additional costs.

For use on property:
* 55 Acre property for riding.
* 1 Outdoor Pony Pen.
* 2 Paddocks (more coming soon) to choose from with electric fence, large shelters, water troughs, & round bale feeders.
* 3/4 mile track to ride on.
* Outdoor Arena (Under Construction).
* Indoor Arena (Coming this year).
* Wash Stall.
* Also access to our round pen that is currently being used for turning our stud out, but if need it, you can use it. It’s under our beautiful big willow tree.

*We Accept Studs, Donkeys, Ponies, Mules*
We welcome all Equine friends.

Remarkable journey from albino to a head-turning brunette

We are deeply saddened to announce that our beloved barn owner Jennifer Morrison-Flatt passed away in her sleep early Christmas morning.

Enjoy your stay at our small drama free quiet facility. We offer full care indoor board and 24/7 outdoor board as well. We have 3 huge barns stall barns 56 stalls in total with over 54 acres of property to hack on. An out door riding arena (in the works) and 25 acres plus acres of paddocks for your horses to enjoy. At Flatt Ranch we welcome all disciplines of riding, where you can enjoy your time well spent doing the things you love to do, simply spending time with your horse/s in a stress free environment.
