THIS WEEKEND, PICK UP YOUR RACKET AND GET ON COURT.

Some weeks leave you carrying more than you realize. A mind still moving before the day has even begun, unfinished thoughts from yesterday, plans changing by the hour, and that familiar feeling that there is always something else waiting for your attention.

Then the weekend arrives.

For a few hours, you don’t have to chase anything.

You can simply wake up, pick up your racket, and walk onto a tennis court.

Because sometimes, the best way to clear your head is not to think harder — but to move.

Start with a Forehand. The ball travels across the net. You move, turn, and hit it back. Then another. A few minutes in, something changes. Your attention leaves everything behind and settles on the ball in front of you.

Your body starts doing the work your mind was trying to do.

Your feet find the position. Your eyes read the ball. Your racket prepares. You make contact. One good shot leads to another, and the rhythm of the rally naturally pulls you into the present.

Then, after an hour on court, you step outside.

The world hasn’t changed. The things waiting for you are still there. But somehow, they feel a little easier to carry.

Not everything needs to be solved in one morning. Sometimes, you simply need to move, breathe, and give your mind some room again.

So this weekend, don’t just find somewhere to go.

Find a tennis court.

Pick up your racket. Hit a few balls. And let your body bring your mind back to where it belongs.

TWO HOURS OF TENNIS A WEEK.

Can two hours really change your life?

Do you believe it?

Just two hours of tennis a week can create a surprisingly meaningful change in the way you live the rest of your week.

Not because two hours is a lot.

But because you have given yourself a dedicated time to learn, experiment, miss, improve, and do something you couldn’t do yesterday.

At ETE Tennis Coach, we don’t simply put you on a court and have you hit balls for two hours.

Every session is built with a clear purpose — from Forehand, Backhand, Footwork & Recovery to Rally, Volley, Approach & Finish, and situations that require you to make real decisions under pressure.

Each week, one detail becomes sharper. One situation becomes easier to handle. One shot becomes a little more reliable.

And then something interesting happens.

You start looking forward to the next session.

You begin to notice the small changes in your game.

You begin to have something to pursue beyond work, appointments, and the routines of everyday life.

Two hours is still just two hours.

But after a few months, you may look back and realize that you have a better Forehand, a longer rally, a better understanding of the point — and a new habit you genuinely want to keep.

The end of the year is often when we start thinking about what we want to change in the year ahead.

But you don’t have to wait until January.

Start with two hours. Two hours this week.

Then two more next week. Session by session, they begin to add up.

Until one day, you realize:

You’re not just learning tennis.
You’re building a new part of your life.

A better game. A different year.**

THE BEST TIME TO LEARN TENNIS?

You can wait until work gets less busy. Wait for a better day. Wait until you have more time, more confidence, or simply until it feels like the “right moment.” But tennis has one interesting quality: the sooner you start, the sooner you get to experience the things you once thought would take years to achieve.

At ETE, the program doesn’t begin by throwing you onto a court full of balls and saying, “Go hit.” Everything is structured progressively, from your first Forehand and Backhand, learning how to control the racket face, contact point, and direction of the ball, to Footwork, Rally, and increasingly demanding reaction drills. You don’t simply learn isolated techniques; each skill is connected to build a real way of playing tennis.

And then comes a moment you’ll remember: you stand at the baseline, facing someone across the net. The ball comes toward you, and you send it back. It’s no longer just a practice shot. No longer an isolated drill. A rally begins.

From there, tennis becomes a lot more exciting. You start controlling depth, changing direction, varying pace, finding open space, approaching the net, handling Volleys, and making decisions in situations that increasingly resemble a real match. Every session opens another part of the game.

The best part is that you don’t need to know how good you’ll become on day one. You only need to know that you want to start. The rest becomes a genuinely rewarding process: learn a shot today, sustain a rally next week, and one day step onto the court and realize — you’re actually playing tennis.

Don’t wait for “someday.”

Someday will always be ahead of you. Today is already here.

Hanoi's going through a rainy spell.

Training sessions may pause, but your tennis journey doesn’t have to.

Take some time to rest. Take some time to prepare. And when the courts are dry, we'll return — with better shots, longer rallies, and new challenges waiting ahead.

Do you know ?🎾

14 French Open titles. The King of Clay.
One of the greatest achievements in tennis history.

But Nadal’s story was never just about trophies.
It was about discipline, resilience, and showing up again — even when the body and mind said enough.

You don’t have to become Nadal.

You just have to become a healthier, stronger version of yourself.

From Your First Shot to the Rallies You Won’t Want to Stop.

A tennis program designed for those who want to start the right way and quickly move into the real experience of playing — from fundamental technique, ball control, and footwork to rallying and handling real situations on court.

Train at tennis courts across Hanoi with ETE coaches.

There is a special moment in tennis: the moment when the first ball you hit over the net is no longer just a lucky shot. You hit it back. Your partner sends it over. You return it again. Once. Twice. Five times. Ten times. Suddenly, you realize — you are actually playing tennis.

But getting to that moment takes more than picking up a racket and hitting a ball. The program begins with the foundations that matter most: how to hold the racket, your ready position, contact point, Forehand, Backhand, and how to control the direction of the ball. These may seem simple, but they determine how far your game can develop.

Once your first shots become more consistent, the training changes. The ball no longer waits for you. You have to move into position, recover after every shot, adjust to balls that go deep, short, left, or right, and learn to keep the rally alive rather than simply trying to hit one impressive shot.

That is where rallying begins. It is no longer “I hit — the ball goes over — done.” It becomes a conversation through the ball. You send it across. Your partner returns. You read the direction, adjust your position, choose your shot, and continue. The more balls you keep in play, the more you begin to feel what makes tennis so addictive: the rhythm of a real rally.

From there, the program introduces more demanding challenges: directional rallying, depth control, changing pace, approaching the net, Volley, handling pressure, and eventually bringing your technique into real point-play situations. Some days, you’ll hit shots that feel effortless. Other days, even the simplest ball will make you wonder, “Why is this so difficult?” Good. That’s tennis. There should always be something new to master.

The most rewarding moment isn’t necessarily the day you hit the hardest shot. It is the day you look back and realize that the things that once felt awkward have become natural parts of your game. From your first Forehand to your first rally, from rallying to your first points, and eventually to the feeling that you can step onto the court and play a match of your own.

That is the journey this program is designed to create.

You don’t need experience to begin. You just need to start.

Let each session take you one step further.

Start with one shot. Build your game. Discover the rally.

A Tired Day Doesn’t Have to End Tired.

It can end with a better game.

A long day doesn’t have to end with exhaustion. You can end it with a sharper Forehand, a more confident Backhand Volley, a longer rally than yesterday — and, most importantly, the feeling that you’ve taken another step forward in your tennis journey.

At ETE, every session is built as a true training program, not simply an hour of hitting balls. You train with a clear purpose: refine your technique, improve your reaction speed, sharpen your footwork, develop your tactical awareness, and bring what you’ve learned into real match situations.

Some sessions begin with seemingly simple Forehands and Backhands, then quickly progress into Footwork & Recovery, Volley Under Pressure, Swing Volley, Approach & Finish, and competitive drills that force you to read the ball and make decisions in a split second.

You will miss shots. You will chase balls across the court. You will think you’ve mastered a drill — only to have your coach raise the difficulty another level.

Good. That’s training.

Because the goal isn’t to make training easier. The goal is to make your game easier under pressure.

Each week, one skill becomes more refined. One situation gets handled faster. One shot becomes more reliable. And every session starts connecting into a complete system: Technique → Footwork → Decision → Pressure → Match Play.

Until one day, when you step into your next match, the things you once had to think about begin to feel instinctive. Shots you once lacked confidence in become shots you can trust. And you’re no longer simply playing tennis — you’re playing with a plan.

Don’t just finish your day. Finish it better.
