These were my last days of 2025.
Still giving classes, still taking classes, still showing up for my own self-practice.
Nothing fancy.

I’m deeply grateful for how 2025 unfolded.
Grateful to do a job that brings me joy every time I finish a class.
Happy when I see people happy.

2025 came with a lot of shaking — in many aspects of my life.
There were failures, obstacles, and moments of pause.
But I kept moving forward, with a lot of self-reflection along the way.

Now, I feel stronger… and lighter in my mind.
Ready to welcome 2026.

When you can do chores and still get a good work out in good form

Thoughts 🤪
We all have that moment when the brain goes: “Skip the workout… let’s just focus on getting rich.”
But reality hits like: girl, you can’t build an empire with low energy, low confidence, and low discipline. 🥲

So here’s your reminder:
Move your body. Increase your energy. Upgrade your life.
Rich mindset + strong body = unstoppable you.

Let’s choose the habits that match the future we want.
If you’re reading this… go do SOMETHING today. Even 10 minutes. You’re not stuck — you’re one workout away from a better version of you.

Paired reformer Pilates workouts is a total different level. It challenges your physical body and also your brain. It’s a lot of fun and work on many groups of muscles all at the same time. Can you tell what we are working on here?

Train 🏋️‍♀️ Sleep 😴 Eat 🍽️ — you can only choose one right now. What’s your pick?

Honestly, all three—sleep, training, and food—are essential, but if we rank them for total body health and long-term fitness, it would go like this:
1. Sleep (most important 😴)
• Sleep is the foundation. Without enough quality sleep, your body can’t recover, hormones get out of balance (especially cortisol, ghrelin, and leptin), and your workouts and food choices both suffer.
• Even perfect training and diet can’t fix the damage from chronic sleep deprivation.
• Think of sleep as the charger for your muscles, brain, and immune system.
2. Food (second 🥦)
• Food is your fuel and building material.
• Good nutrition supports recovery, stable energy, hormone balance, and immune defense.
• If you eat poorly, you’ll feel tired, inflamed, and lose muscle even with good workouts.
3. Training (third but still vital 🏋️‍♀️)
• Exercise shapes your body, strengthens your heart, bones, and mind.
• But if you don’t rest or eat properly, training can easily become stress instead of growth.
• It’s the “spark,” but it needs the other two to ignite full health.

👉 So, in simple words:
Sleep builds the foundation, food builds the body, and training shapes it.

If one fails, the other two can’t reach their full potential.
