When a woman tells us she's tired all the time, we don't immediately think she needs more motivation.
We usually think about two things first:
❗ Has she been putting everyone else before herself for so long that there's no energy left?
❗ Is she so good at pushing through life that she's become under-recovered without realizing it?
These are two of the most common patterns we see at Reborn, but they're far from the only ones.
Persistent fatigue can also be caused by hormonal changes, thyroid dysfunction, iron deficiency, sleep disorders, medication, chronic illness, and other medical conditions.
If you've been feeling exhausted for weeks or months despite sleeping well and taking care of yourself, don't ignore it. It's worth getting checked by a healthcare professional.
Feeling tired all the time isn't something you should simply accept as "just life."
Sometimes you need better boundaries.
Sometimes you need more recovery.
And sometimes your body is asking for medical attention.
Don't ignore the whispers from your body until they become screams.
Your health deserves your attention.
Reborn Fitness & Health
We offer personalized training programs alongside innovative recovery services.
Let us help you achieve your best self in a space where nature and wellness come together. Reborn Fitness & Health was established by Diego Espana and Wendy Anh Ngoc, a couple of internationally certified personal trainers with extensive experience in the fitness industry. Recognizing the essential connection between training, recovery, and overall well-being, they founded Reborn to address these
Before we obsess over the perfect workout or diet, we need to ask a simpler question:
Do you have enough energy to even do those things consistently?
That starts with recovery.
You don't get stronger during your workouts. You get stronger when your body has time to recover. And sleep is the most powerful recovery tool we have.
Interestingly, improving your sleep usually isn't just about sleeping longer.
It's about looking at the rest of your life:
👉 Your stress levels.
👉 How active you are during the day.
👉 Your relationship with caffeine and alcohol.
👉 Your evening routine.
👉 The light you're exposed to.
👉 The way you manage your thoughts before bed.
Everything is connected.
That's why at Reborn, we don't just coach workouts. We coach the habits that allow your body to recover, so you have the energy to become the person you want to be.
Recovery isn't the reward after hard work.
It is what makes the hard work possible.

Pain is multidimensional⚡
We are not saying you should train when you’re in the acute phase of an injury.
However, if you’ve been injured for some time, or you’re dealing with chronic aches and pains, complete avoidance usually isn’t the answer 🔄
You still should be moving, but intelligently💡
Finding pain-free ranges, working within them, and addressing the problematic areas through gradual exposure are all principles grounded in good rehab 📈
Depending on the injury, movement is not the only tool. Always refer out to a healthcare provider or physiotherapist if the injury is serious.
And after rehab, come to us to continue to build strength and mobility 💪
Only then can you build a more resilient body that is able to withstand daily stressors and unpredictable movement 🛡️

For a long time, women were taught that fitness was about becoming smaller:
Smaller waist. Smaller clothes. Smaller number on the scale.
At Reborn, we're grateful to see that conversation slowly changing.
More and more women are coming to us with a different goal. They still want to look good, and there's nothing wrong with that. But what matters more is building a body that will carry them through the next 20, 30, even 40 years of life.
✅ Strong muscles to slow down age related muscle loss.
✅ Strong bones to reduce the risk of fractures later in life.
✅ Better balance. Better mobility. More energy.
✅ The confidence to keep doing the things they love for as long as possible.
That doesn't mean aesthetics no longer matter. Who doesn't enjoy looking good?
But what if looking good becomes a bonus, instead of the reason?
Jeannie's story is a reminder that strength training isn't just about changing the body you see today. It's an investment in the body you'll still be living in decades from now.
Here's to training for longevity 💪
Consistency doesn’t mean doing everything right all the time. It’s about trying to do something right with the situation you’re in.
Some days you’ll feel amazing. You’ll get your workout in, eat well, and tick every box. Other days, you’ll feel like 💩 and that’s just life.
What usually sabotages your progress isn’t the bad day itself. It’s the thought of, “I’ve already slipped… I might as well enjoy the rest of the day (or week) and start again on Monday.”
That cycle of stopping and restarting is what really slows your progress.
Instead of falling off track completely, stay on the path. Even small things: going for a 20-minute walk, skipping the biscuits, or choosing water over soft drinks, still move you closer to your goal.
And Akari has got that right. And that's the reason why she is making progress ✨
Because progress isn’t about being perfect.
It’s about continuing 💪
