But I can assure you that the houses are in the best location; 5 minutes to down town Apia, a new gym literally next door, a large supermarket right next to the gym for all your grocery, clothing, Samoan design fabrics etc. 2 taxi stands with 24 hour services directly opposite the gym, takeaways literally a few meters away and much more if you're interested.

Samoa Home Specials starting this March 2017 for the 2 houses, Cottage on the ground floor and the Bird House, Upstairs. Now going for SAT$1000 a week. Both houses have 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 10 people. 2 to 3 extra mattresses for extra bodies at no extra cost. Cottage has a good size patio and spacious living area. To answer some of your questions, the house price is SAT$200 per day excluding electricity. Electricity here is prepayed. SAT$200 bond , fully refundable. The house does not have air condition but all three bedrooms including sitting room and patio have ceiling fans. Sitting area is furnished with 1 single bed, a couch and a 2 seater.
The kitchen is furnished for cooking with a good size fridge.
There is hot water available.
