Our Story
A few years ago a serious shoulder injury forced me to stop powerlifting training. I could barely lift even a light weight above my head without severe discomfort. Losing the ability to do something that you love is incredibly frustrating.
During the process of my recovery I learned a lot about the importance of using foam rollers, massage balls and resistance bands as a means to assist greatly in the process of injury rehabilitation. With regular use of this equipment I was back training again and was excited to tell people about how much I had benefitted from it.
Being able to exercise at an optimal level without discomfort or injury is a wonderful privilege. Starwood Sports was born from a desire to train harder, recover faster and feel better.
