James' private skills coach should be at the game tonight to watch him play. He is likely available if you are interested in approaching him for sessions for your kid. James trains every Sunday.

James had a good session, I could tell he was sick but he fought through, he is a tough kid and I appreciate him training even when he doesn’t feel like it. The topic of the day was firing off the ball with speed and power which starts with the back leg push off. We trained that push off in several ways and then took it to the one man sled. I’m looking forward to watching him play Tuesday night. See y’all then, thanks!

We had a great session today, focused on run block mechanics. I took the assistance band off of the one man sled so now James can fit right in with high school offensive linemen driving the one man sled with no assistance. That is a testament to his technique, strength and physicality. He is improving at a fast pace. See y’all soon, thanks!
