So excited for this event coming up this Saturday with !
This workshop is so near and dear to my heart. With no expectation to be perfect or always do it rightâŠit is so so important that as women we learn to use our voices. To ask for what we want and what we need. To practice ânoâ and âyesâ as a full sentence.
For me, when I started learning about the cultural pressures Iâve had to be a âgood girlâ and never object and to be happy with whatever I getâŠa whole bunch of shame and judgement followed.
Why wouldnât I ask for what I want? Why did I allow things to happen that I didnât want? Itâs a lot to unpack!
In this workshop we will give you space and the guidance to build the muscle of setting boundaries for yourself to help bring pleasure in!
We would love to have you! Comment any questions below! Link to sign up in bio!
If women supporting women is wrong then I donât want to be right đ
We would love to have you. We will gather, we will celebrate ourselves, we will share!
Kayla and Massey invite you to gather in community to connect to the goddess within you and into the magic of your creativity to manifest a life of your wildest dreams. We will harness the energy of the Summer Solstice to assist in our spiritual work. Join us for an evening of meditation, movement, and expression. This is a time for you to get to know and play with your inner pleasure goddess. This is an invitation to go even deeper into what you are capable of feeling. By embracing the goddess within and sensations with you, you may even start releasing shame from your past. We are there to support and assist in this healing.

Dog days of (early) summer
Hi! My name is Massey. Welcome to my IG! My full time gig right now is yoga teacher and I am also passionate about showing up and being a mirror for folks to connect to their bodies. Their pleasure. To allow them to feel and connect so they can live their life THEIR WAY.
My method, which I use lightly bc thereâs not a set path or way to be for each person is OBSERVE, FEEL, CREATE, REPEAT.
Observe: MAKE SPACE, LISTEN, BREATH, BODY SCANS, AWARENESSâŠ
Feel: PRESENCE, ALLOWING, GETTING COMFORTABLE IN THE UNCOMFORTABLE, CRY, SCREAM, LAUGHâŠ
Create: ALCHEMY, ART, DANCE, POETRY, WRITING, RITUAL, CRAFT
To learn more about my coaching and if we are a good fit message me and letâs set up a call to chat!
XOXO

Sometimes I wonder, how do I move my body intuitively while taking a group yoga or fitness class? How can I teach my students how to mindfully move their bodies while Iâm guiding them through all of the same postures and exercises?
I have grappled with if it is even possible for group fitness and intuition to exist. But as I have committed to my practice as a student and teacher I find that they can work together, but the key is moving with intention. The key is learning to listen to your body and your needs and to respond to them.
This can be difficult because sometimes(probably most times) this work has to be done out of the yoga room by building self trust. By building inner strength. By letting go of the expectations of others.
If youâre anything like meâŠyou may have spent years showing up to exercise as a way to change yourself to fit societal expectations, to earn food, or to lose weight. And maybe you still feel that way sometimes(I do sometimes). But I believe when we show up with intention aligned with our highest selvesâŠwhether itâs play/fun, building strength, or just finding ways to expand and grow then we are able to flourish and live fully.
So where do we start? Ask yourself what brings you to your mat? Does it fulfill you? Do you feel pressure to be doing what youâre doing? How can you show up in more of an authentic way.
You are your own North Star. You are the leader of your body. It follows where it tells you to go and it also talks to youâŠstarting in a whisperâŠif ignored eventually turning into a yell or scream. Take what you need. Find what you love. Show up authentically as you.

âSheâs not fragile like a flower, sheâs fragile like a bomb.â
Tuesday I felt more irritable than I have in a LONG time. I wanted to snap at people and push them away. It was almost like I was waiting for someone to start a fight. It turned out I had art therapy that day. When I showed up and told how I felt she said âwhy donât we make a rage page?â She brought out a bunch of supplies. I wanted metal, things that were sharp. I stabbed a pair of scissors into the blank canvas. I found matches to adhere to the page. I had no intention in mind other than get it out.
By the time we finished and took a step back Kara asked me if I knew what I made? I had no idea. She said, you made a bomb. I couldnât believe it. The perfect metaphor for how I was feeling.
Our minds, our bodies, our souls are so powerful. When we set the time and intention to create we can heal so much.
