This week, I want to brag on Dr. Narissa Scales! She came to me wanting to build consistency and take control of their health for the long run.
At first, showing up wasn’t easy. Life, work, and family can make it hard to find time for yourself but Narissa made a decision to live long, stay strong, and be here to watch their family grow.
Last week, she completed 3 full workouts, stayed committed, and proved to herself that consistency really is the secret to change.
Now, we’re gearing up to step into a new program built to take that foundation even further!
Proud is an understatement. It is so easy to give up and many people do! Narissa is an example of what it looks like when you stop waiting for the “perfect time” and start creating your future one workout at a time.
I can’t wait to continue our journey!

1. Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30pm are for Lift Like a Girl at World Gym Fayetteville. We are now welcoming girls AND women ages 11+ to join us.
2. We are LESS THAN 1 week out from our launch of The Breakfast Club. Join us on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays for a boot camp style strength and conditioning session. Class begins 6:30AM
3. We had such a beautiful turnout this past weekend for our community workout that we are doing it again on November 1st, 10am at World Gym Fayetteville.
