Full body workout with baby/babies 💪🏼
I always find my muscles burn more when lifting the twins rather than weights! I think it’s because you are a much more careful and you end up engaging more muscles to control the movements than you would with a weight.
Repeat this circuit 3 times to feel the burn 🔥
10 x sumo squats
10 x shoulder press
10 x press up (notice I’m still on knees down for now)
20 x glute bridges
10 x glute bride with chest press

Hi 👋🏼
I would like to tell you a little about myself and why I think I can help you ladies become the best versions of yourself 🤍
My name is Rachel Edwards (soon to be Bunn 💍).
I have 3 children - Brodie, Cody and Cooper (toddler and twins).
I have a Sport and Exercise Science Degree 📜
I have competed for my country 5 times at the World Cheerleading Championships in Florida 💪🏼
I have always been into sport and fitness from a very young age and when I was pregnant with my first baby I kept up my workouts up until around 33 weeks which made me feel incredible. Once he was born, my motivation for fitness and putting myself first disappeared. I had no get up and go and felt like there wasn’t enough hours in the day for me to prioritise myself. We then fell pregnant with our beautiful twin boys and during that pregnancy I really struggled with the pain my body was in, I put this down to not continuing to exercise and keep my body moving like I did with my first.
Finally, 5 months after the birth of our twins, I have a sudden urge to get moving again and help other women who struggle with motivation and finding the time to put themselves first. We are on this journey together and I will be here every step of the way to help break down the barriers and make sure we create a new sustainable lifestyle for you 🥰
I know that creating this community and giving myself a platform to help other women kick start their fitness journeys will make me a better mother, fiancé and friend and I hope I can do the same for you 👊🏼
