Most high performers think their exhaustion is just a fitness or workload issue.
And when we say “high performer,” we don’t just mean elite athletes. We mean the parent juggling three schedules, the professional carrying the weight of a team, the business owner who can’t switch off, and anyone who refuses to settle for coasting.
If you hold yourself to a high standard, you know the feeling of running on empty and calling it “discipline.” But exhaustion isn’t a lack of willpower. It’s a language and nervous system issue.
Every time you run stressful, victim, or relentless high-pressure internal dialogue (“I’m behind,” “I have to,” “I’m not doing enough”), your body chemically responds as if it’s under attack. You can’t out-grind that physiological fatigue.
On Sunday, September 20th, we’re hosting Mark England, co-founder of Mark England | Words & Mindset Pro, for a live, 2-hour interactive workshop to break down the mechanics of your words, calm the mental redline, and permanently rewrite the stories driving burnout in the gym, at work, and at home.
