Barre is a total body workout that combines low impact exercises at high repetitions - while focusing on breath connection. Using body weight only, this workout will strengthen the legs, core, arms and glutes!
Come try a class and see why Barre workouts are so effective! 💫

What will you need for class??
A sturdy chair or countertop (or barre)
Yoga mat and 1-3lb pair of dumbbells.

*Full water bottles can be used in place of dumbbells if needed.

The number one question I'm asked before a student begins taking online lessons with me is: 𝙃𝙤𝙬 𝙘𝙖𝙣 𝙄 𝙩𝙖𝙠𝙚 𝙖 𝘽𝙖𝙧𝙧𝙚 𝙘𝙡𝙖𝙨𝙨 𝙛𝙧𝙤𝙢 𝙝𝙤𝙢𝙚 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙨𝙩𝙪𝙙𝙞𝙤 𝙚𝙦𝙪𝙞𝙥𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩?

Easy peasy!! Truth is, you don't need fancy equipment in order for an effective workout! There are plenty of items around your house that you can use to swap in for studio equipment!

Barré exercises are primarily bodyweight - relying. mostly on the body's resistance to build muscle endurance, increase core strength, flexibility, balance and posture. So whether using props or not, I guarantee you will still feel a burn! 🔥
