WEEK 2 RECAP | WBALL HOOD SEASON CINCO 🏀

CTTH vs. Bossings Coming into the game with a 1-0 record, Bossings looked to stay unbeaten. However, CTTH made a strong statement in their debut game, taking down Bossings behind the outstanding performance of Lebron and Jabez.

Calle Ballencesto vs. Laqwerty Despite lacking players, Laqwerty showed incredible heart and battled until the final whistle. Still, Calle Ballencesto secured the win, led by Lester Reyes, who delivered a dominant double-double performance.

Dubai Chewy Choco vs. Sulashuk The short-handed Sulashuk continued to struggle with roster availability, but they remained a serious threat throughout the game. They pushed Dubai Chewy Choco to the limit and made them work hard for every possession until the final seconds. Marc and Ethan led the charge for Dubai Chewy Choco, proving to be a dynamic duo and one of the most exciting pairings this season.

💯 Week 2 brought intensity, determination, and incredible basketball action. The battle for the top spot continues as every team leaves it all on the court.

GAME 1: BOSSINGS vs COMMITTED TO THE HOOD

Bossings are coming in with confidence after securing their first win against Calle B. Can they keep the momentum rolling? Or will Committed to the Hood make a strong debut behind WBALL HOOD founder Franz Leonardo and immediately prove they are a team to watch this season?

GAME 2: LAQWERTY vs CALLE BALLENCESTO

After a huge performance in Week 1, all eyes are on Andre. Can he deliver another game-changing performance? Meanwhile, Captain Mat Naval looks to lead Calle Ballencesto to their second straight win. On the other side, Jimber Alcaide and LaQwerty are hungry to bounce back from their opening loss and get their first victory of the season.

GAME 3: SULASHUK vs DUBAI CHEWY CHOCO

Both teams fell short on opening day, making this a must-win matchup. This is their chance for redemption and a chance to climb the standings. Who will bounce back and even their record? And who will fall deeper into a 0-2 start?

WBALL HOOD SEASON 5 OPENING GAMES | PLAYERS OF THE GAME

GAME 1: ANDRE LAGUERTA made a huge comeback after his last appearance in Season 3, delivering an outstanding 35-point performance. He capped off the game with a clutch, game-winning shot to secure LAQWERTY's first victory of the season.

GAME 2: RYAN MANOSCA Representing one of the most dangerous teams this season, Ryan put on a show with incredible plays on both ends of the floor, helping his team earn their first win.

GAME 3: JAT & RAIN NAVAL The Naval brothers showcased their speed and chemistry throughout the game. Using their quickness as a major advantage, they led their team to a well-earned victory.

Congratulations to our Opening Day Players of the Game! Keep grinding and keep the momentum going as Season 5 continues.

A rivalry that has been brewing since the drafting stage. With several former Mugiwara (Season 3 Champions) players landing on Mat's squad, this matchup has become one of the most anticipated battles of the season.

Game 2: Sulashuk vs. Good Vibes
The weekly runs rivalry between AJ and Schuyler finally takes center stage. All the trash talk ends here as they settle it on the court.

Game 3: Ball Jimber Alcaide vs. Justin Naval
Rookie captain Ball Jimber Alcaide faces off against former Season MVP Justin Naval in what promises to be a true clash of skill, experience, and determination.
