I’ve been studying the concept of “letting go” for a while.

When I first began the process, of not only understanding it, but finding practical way to apply it to areas of my life, it was actually quite frustrating and paradoxical.

“Letting go involves being aware of a feeling, letting it come up, staying with it, and letting it run its course” - David Hawkins. Simple enough right?

Well, simple to understand but to actually apply it?! You mean these areas of myself that I’m subconsciously addicted to, that create the identity and illusion of my ego, that I constantly run away from and try to fix at the same time can just… be there??

But the more I am consciously practicing this, meditating on the patterns, and simply making the effort to consciously accept as it is, my heart shows me that this leap of faith and trust to allow is ultimately the freedom we ‘chase’. From there we are co-creators, connected to god, source, intuitive higher self, and amazing things manifest from there, with the ability to replace and reconstruct self identity to what we truly resonate with most.

I’ve been having these thoughts about the current state of our masculine/feminine dynamics for years now, whether it’s from close friend’s relationships or just glimpses of people watching, it seems very clear that the masculine sword is looking a bit dull.

Whether it’s dopamine chasing instead of legacy building, chasing instead of attracting, coping instead of thriving. I believe it’s more important now than ever before to equip the men of this and the next generation to living life in the most authentic embraceful way through healing the deep inner wounds of lack of emotional navigation and transmuting this towards something beautiful.
