Let that sink in.
Most people have goals, beliefs, and ideologies that have become their โtruthโ
This shapes how you interpret reality, and the meaning you associate to different events or experiences.
Social media and technology amplify this, and we need to be intentional about who we listen to or what information we project onto our own minds.
I challenge you to look at your current life, and ask yourself, โam I living based on my past narratives and influences, or am I creating my own future?โ
This is why I hate BLUEPRINTS, because they donโt exist.
Itโs simply someoneโs bias about what worked for them.
But we are all UNIQUE, and I challenge you to create your blueprint, based on principles rather than rigidity.
Find what works for you, build a routine around it, and do it relentlessly.
We have been tricked into thinking that youโre just one podcast or book away from finding the magic answer.
All you need is already within you.
You just have to tune into it and trust that you already have the answers you need, and then simply learn to get out of your way.

Itโs how you perceive it, frame it, and feel about it, that makes it personal.
Itโs just a stepping stone, along your journey to your next level.

Counting wins and focusing on the gains isnโt manifestation.
Itโs science.
Humans naturally focus on the negatives; itโs wired into us for survival, not thriving.
We find our faults, become our own biggest critics.
You could have a near-perfect day, yet dwell on the 1% you didnโt accomplish.
That 1% quickly spirals into guilt, shame, and fear.
If you only had two minutes a day to work on your mindset, counting wins would give you the biggest return.
Why?
Because it trains your brain and impresses your mind with the actions you want more of.
Hereโs how:
Check in
Count the wins
Celebrate them
Condition it
If you want less stress and more success, start by changing the stories you tell yourself.
Create helpful loops instead of destructive ones.
This also helps you self-regulate, so you perform with more consistency and ease.

Stop giving yourself a way out

A concept we all know, but wrestle with dailyโespecially in a world that floods us with distractions and dopamine hits at every turn.
One of the most valuable traits Iโve worked on developing in recent years is this:

To lock in on the vision.
To stay focused on the long game instead of grabbing the low-hanging fruit of the moment.
But Iโm human too. I still catch myself craving that quick win, that shiny new thingโsomething to scratch the itch of now.
Patience, I believe, is one of Godโs greatest gifts to mankind.
The ability to hold a vision in your mind for years before it shows up in reality?
That takes discipline.
Because comfort, convenience, and instant pleasure are always calling.
And what often follows those quick hits of gratification?
A wave of guilt, maybe shame.
That knowingโฆ that you gave in to the noise. Again.
But hereโs the truth:
If you want to succeed in lifeโtruly succeedโyou have to train this muscle.
Itโs not about the peak of the mountain.
Itโs about who you become on the way up.
Exhausted.
Discouraged.
Sweating.
But growing.
Becoming.
Becoming someone who lives with purpose, progress, and peaceโbecause you chose the harder road.
