Everyone has bad days sometimes!
Tuesday morning I couldn’t shoulder press my usual weights (see my face 😂) so I listened to my body and dropped back down to 10kg. And that’s ok!
It could be because I was tired, it could be because I’m in my luteal phase of my cycle, it could be because I’m just having an off day.
But whatever the reason it’s ok - It happens to everyone, and I know I’ll be pushing those 12.5s again in a couple days 💪🏻
