First race in the books for Thomas and the new AT Racing Class 10 buggy!

After plenty of work on a section of the track late last night and again early this morning, the track was ready and it was finally time to go racing.

Sullivan Palmer jumped in to navigate this race & they started 11th for Heat 1, which acted as the prologue. After that we were placed into the second group for the next heat, inside the top 10 and sitting 6th outright.

We got through the next heat, but after more cars became bogged at the same repaired section and it eventually became impassable, the race was called after just 12 laps.

Not quite the full day of racing we were hoping for, but for the first outing in the new buggy, we’ll happily take 2nd in Class 10 behind Jake Jimmy Williamson and 6th Outright!

A bloody good start with plenty more to come!

Thanks to those who came out to support, watch and help us when we needed it today & behind the scenes at home!

Massive thanks to all the volunteers, club members and landowners who put in the work to get the event up and running, especially with the conditions thrown at them. It takes a lot of people behind the scenes to make these events happen and we appreciate every one of them.

First one done. Now onto the next… bring on Pines 🤙🏁

Well we are about ready to load up and head early Friday morning to Moyston for our first race in the new car!

We had Cam Ritchie over to do some suspension tweaks to make our ride smoother & safer!

Picked up our last few things from Racer Imports, then had Sully Palmer fit our spare BFGoodrich Australia 🇦🇺 to new Raceline Wheels.

Final checks and touches tonight and then we are ready… it’s ABOUT TIME

She’s back squeaky clean after a great test day the other day!

First step towards Moyston done, next up… reassemble & re check everything!

Received our new PCI Race Radios RaceAir Lock kits today from Racer Imports for our first race at Moyston - August 15th!
