🌟 Hello Friends! 🌟

Many of you know that 13 years ago, I faced some significant health challenges and surgeries that completely altered my approach to fitness and health. Combined with the everyday stresses of life and the demands of ministry leadership, I hit some real low points physically and emotionally...

But over the past few years, I've been on a journey of untangling these health issues—bloodwork, medications, sleep apnea, counseling—it's been a whirlwind. And in recent months, I've truly dialed in my fitness and nutrition, even while living and working out with a total knee replacement. While I don't have it all figured out, I've lost over 30 pounds and earned my Personal Trainer and Nutrition Certifications through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.

In addition to coaching high school and adult swim, I've found myself increasingly passionate about sharing what I've learned and experienced. I'm particularly burdened for those feeling hopeless about their physical health/wellness and for ministry leaders struggling to prioritize their own well-being.

As Paul reminds us in I Corinthians 6:19-20, our bodies are temples for the Holy Spirit. I firmly believe that our physical health is intricately connected to our emotional and spiritual well-being, yet it's often neglected. That's why I'm drawn to the ministry of helping others find their wellness—whether it's athletes striving for new goals, individuals wanting to get stronger, or those simply seeking to improve their overall health.
